Pastor Gerome Leacock Named New NEC Youth Director

The Northeastern Conference Executive Committ ee has asked Pastor Gerome Leacock to serve as the new Conference Youth Director.  He succeeds Pastor David McKenzie who has recently accepted the youth director position of the Atlantic Union Conference. 

Pastor Leacock has served as a pastor in Northeastern Conference since 2002 while overseeing several congregations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Oakwood University and a Masters is Divinity degree from Andrews University. 

Although born in Aruba, Pastor Leacock was raised on the island of Barbados and immigrated to the United States to pursue his studies. 

He and his wife, Sharon, have two young adult daughters, Julia and Angelina. Pastor Leacock has demonstrated a passion for Youth Ministry.  As a fully invested Master Guide, he has supported various facets of the youth ministries departments as a volunteer throughout many years.
