The Adventist Community Services and Disaster Response acknowledges that the last few months have been difficult and trying for most and perhaps for all of us. Even though the extent of the experiences may differ one from the other, rest assured that we are in it together.  As a family of faith, we wish to assure our members and communities that the hand of God is with us and His promises are true and certain.

In Isaiah 43:2 God promises, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

We have been told of old that these days will come and at times may even be painful. But we also know that even when we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, He is with us.

The Adventist Community Services and Disaster Response wants to remind all of you that this too, shall pass.
