On December 3, 2025, the administration of the Northeastern Conference hosted a warm and festive holiday appreciation event to honor its dedicated office staff. The gathering provided a meaningful moment to reflect on the commitment, excellence, and service demonstrated throughout the year—and to celebrate two cherished retirees whose contributions have left a lasting impact.

Dr. Mireille St. Pierre and Eslyn Phillip-Carter were applauded with heartfelt gratitude for their years of stellar service. Dr. St. Pierre has served the Northeastern Conference for 33 years in various capacities, including Director of Women’s Ministries, Office Manager, and a valued member of the Human Resources Department. Her leadership, compassion, and steadfast dedication have blessed the conference and its mission in countless ways.

For 24 years, Eslyn Phillip-Carter has faithfully served as a secretary and church clerk, offering unwavering support, professionalism, and commitment to the conference family. Her warm spirit and dependable service have been greatly appreciated by colleagues and church members alike.

During the celebration, the administration, directors and coordinators, co-workers, family, and friends gathered to express their love and appreciation for both honorees. The event was filled with gratitude, joy, and well-wishes as the Northeastern Conference extended blessings to Dr. St. Pierre and Mrs. Phillip-Carter for continued success and fulfillment in their future endeavors.
