“Inspiring Life. Igniting Faith.—Delegates Lift Their Hearts in Worship”

Under the theme “Inspiring Life. Igniting Faith,” delegates to the Northeastern Conference Regular Session began their day in worship at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

Dr. Kenneth Manders, president of the Bermuda Conference, shared a powerful devotional from Luke 2:25. He reminded delegates that God is still looking for “Simeons” today who eagerly anticipate His second coming. His message called delegates to keep obeying, walking, worshiping, and witnessing while we wait—because “while you’re waiting, know that God is working.”

It was a stirring reminder that our faith and hope are not idle but active, and that God renews our strength as we remain faithful to Him.
