On the second day of the two-day conclave, following a riveting devotional thought from Dr. Andrew Philbert and a special prayer by Dr. Warner Richards for our principals and administrators, the participants engaged in a 5 Voices Assessment, which was conducted by the Charlton & Charlton and Inspired Growth coaches.
The assessment was designed to uncover the unique strengths of the educators in several categories: Nurturers Who Value Harmony, Creatives Who Focus on Beauty, Guardians Who Prioritize Integrity, Connectors Who Emphasize Community, and Pioneers Who Seek Victory. The coaches provided valuable insights on how to effectively leverage these strengths in both classroom and staff settings.
